Peanut Butter Temptations

Today, I'm sharing a recipe originally created bt my dear friend Rita. I've tweaked it to be gluten-free, so everyone in my household can eat it. Every time I whip up a batch for my family, they vanish within days. Let's dive into this crowd-pleaser that's sure to be a new favorite in your home too.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy JIf Peanut Butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour (substitute with King Arthur Gluten-Free Flour for a gluten-free version)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Mini Peanut butter cups
Steps
Step 1 - Preheat
Preheat oven to 375ºF
Step 2 - Mix Wet Ingredients
In a bowl beat together:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy JIf Peanut Butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
Step 3 - Add Dry Ingredients
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until incorporated.
Step 4 - Prepare
Roll dough into balls and put in mini muffin pan and add the peanut butter cups.
Step 5 - Bake
Place in oven for 18 minutes then remove and let cool.
Once cooled, remove form muffin pan and enjoy.
